Registration as an
Unlicensed Osteopathic Physician
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: (Required of
those unlicensed physicians who are currently working within a training
program - internship, residency, or fellowship - Does not give the
registrant the privilege of working outside the training program - NO
MOONLIGHTING)

Be a graduate a from a college of osteopathic
medicine recognized and approved by the American Osteopathic
Association.

Be a resident physician, assistant resident
physician, house physician, intern, or fellow in fellowship
training which leads to subspecialty board certification in this
state.

File a completed registration application and pay all required fees.
