Licensees please note:

• Pursuant to Rule 64B4-6.001(3), F.A.C., anyone initially licensed under Chapter 491 after 12/10/09, must complete a 2 hour continuing education course on domestic violence within 6 months of licensure.

HIPAA Information - The HIPAA Privacy Rule protects a patient’s fundamental rights to privacy and confidentiality. HIPAA is FEDERAL legislation. This rule imposes new restrictions on the use and disclosure of Personal Health Information and it gives patients greater access to and protection of their medical records and more control over how they are used.
