Florida's Communicable Disease Frequency Reports
This system allows you to create frequency reports from communicable disease cases reportable by law to the Florida Department of Health. These reports do not include cases of tuberculosis, sexually transmitted diseases or HIV/AIDS.  Cases can be viewed by total count, age group, diagnosis status (confirmed, probable, or suspect), gender, zip code, or data year.
