Health Communications Campaign

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has created two evidence-based health communications campaigns to promote physical activity to relieve the pain and disability associated with arthritis. The media campaigns are titled:

  • “Physical Activity. The Arthritis Pain Reliever.”
  • “Buenos Días, Artritis”

The campaigns encourage people with arthritis to participate in 30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity for 3 or more days a week. To learn more about these health communications campaigns or to view the materials, visit the CDC's website.
