Virginia Graeme Baker Federal Pool and Spa Safety Act
A law to prevent entrapment drowning and injury at all public pools in the United States that takes effect on December 19, 2008 and requires retrofit actions by that date.

This public pool and bathing place rule revision was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly as the public hearing version on October 24, 2008.  The hearing was held on December 2, 2008.  A Notice of Change was published April 10, 2009.
