Swimming Pools - business related information
The Department of Health is responsible for reviewing plans and
issuing new pool construction permits. Thirteen County Health
Departments have been delegated the authority to review plans and issue
permits: Broward, Collier, Dade, Duval, Escambia, Hillsborough, Lee,
Manatee, Palm Beach, Pinellas, Polk, Sarasota, and Volusia.
